Radiology examination is one of the most necessary medical examination for diagnosing a disease. Therefore, knowledge about radiology examination become one of the most important subject during residency. For example, radiology examination for bone is used for patients with muscle injury or trauma. The topic about bone is inseparable with musculoskeletal system which played an important role in body movements and mobilities. Disorders in musculoskeletal system, both trauma and non-trauma, can interrupt one’s mobility and movement. The most common non traumatic cause is infection, followed by tumor. Bone tumor can be either benign or malignant and there are different types of bone tumor in different group of age. Bone tumor can be treated by surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The choice of the proper treatment of each tumor can be determined by using radiology examination.
