The incidence of neurovascular diseases has continued to increase in recent years. The use of qualified diagnostic tools such as CT-Angiography and MR-Angiography can accurately describe the location, size and shape of vascular abnormalities in patients so that the most effective and efficient treatment options can be taken. Likewise with cases of neurooncology. According to GLOBOCAN data (2018), there are 296,851 (1.6%) new cases of brain tumors from all cancers worldwide, new cases of brain tumors in Asia are 156,217 (1.8%), new cases of brain tumors in Indonesia are 5,323 (1.5%). Patients with brain tumor were evaluated and diagnosed comprehensively using CT-Scan and MRI (using T1WI, T2WI, DWI, FLAIR, MR tractography, MR spectroscopy sequences) to determine the best treatment so that they could have a good outcome. In this occasion, the Radiology Study Program of Diponegoro University’s Faculty of Medicine held a guest lecture themed “Imaging on Neurovascular and Neurooncology” and presented by a source person who is expert in her field so that she can help expand experts’/doctors’ and residents knowledge. The guest lecture was held with the theme “Imaging on Neurovascular and Neurooncology”, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati, M.Kes, Sp.Rad (K) as the source person and dr. Aldiza Rena Pramudita as the host. This lecture ran online and offline in the Radiology discussion room at Dr. Kariadi Hospital, attended by 91 participants consisting of lecturers and residents. The event was opened with an opening from the Head of the Radiology Study Program, dr. Sukma Imawati, Sp.Rad(K). The lecture continued with the presentation by Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati, M.Kes, Sp.Rad (K) which was divided into 3 sessions, namely about Brain Tumor, Brain Infection Mimicking Tumor, and Emergencies in Brain Tumor. After the presentation of the material, it was followed by an interactive question and answer session. The event was then closed by dr. Sukma Imawati, Sp.Rad(K).
